Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

1. Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of making payment by sending email confirming the full order cancellation with the order reference number. No partial cancellations will be allowed. All cancellations are subject to confirmation and authorisation by the company. Refunds will be issued for the ordered amount less restocking and one off payment fees. 

2. Return policy: Valid from 30 days of delivery of your order. Items should be returned in sealed and unused condition with labels intact, and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return of any item where labels have been removed or packaging opened.

3. Returning items: In order to return your item, please contact us and we will begin our returns process. Please include information: your name, your order number, contact number and reasons for return of the item.

4. Faulty items: If item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and we may need to contact the manufacturer. Once resolved with manufacturer, we will endeavour to resolve either through a replacement or refund of the item.

5. Refund Policy

Change of Mind:- All items returned under conditions above, are eligible for a free refund, but return shipping charges shall be paid in full by the customer. 

Faulty items will be refunded, where agreed, in full including return postage charges.

Refunds will be processed between 1-2 business days after the item has been received by us. Please allow sufficient time for refunds to be processed by payment providers, 1-5 days after refund order.

6. International Returns

Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer. Customers are advised to use tracked shipping for returns to avoid loss or missing during shipping.
