Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of making payment by sending email confirming the full order cancellation with the order reference number.
  2. No partial cancellations will be allowed.
  3. All cancellations are subject to confirmation and authorisation by the company.
  4. Refunds will be issued for the ordered amount less restocking and one off payment fees.
